Design is Nothing...
... if it isn't effective.
Many designers like treating a piece of artwork as a work of art, without assessing who their design work is targeted at. The way the typography is set on the page, the way the pictures sit with white space all around them, the way that little squiggle works on that Pantone coloured box.
This is not how we work.
We ARE passionate about design but within the context of effectiveness. We design for the specific requirements of the individual brief, and aim our designs to be both visually stimulating and also psychologically weighted to the specific target audience. The design of the piece is only one part of a successful marketing campaign. Yes, the design does make people stop and take notice, but only if they think it's relevant to them.
Building a successful brand requires an understanding of who you are aiming the piece at, and how you are going to grab their attention. If Apple had the Spam logo and design style would it look cool? no.
We therefore design everything to not just our clients requirements, but to their customers needs, too, to give each client their own unique selling point, as effectively as possible.
